WHO WE ARE
We are Pathfinder UK and we are based in rural Buckinghamshire, UK. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are placed through our website. Add the product(s) you would like to your basket and go through our checkout procedure. Please check, double check and even triple check your order (e.g. the product(s), size(s) and delivery address) before clicking the “place order” button. If you are a business or a club contact us at email@example.com in the first instance and we will reply accordingly.
Your order is an offer from you to us to buy the product(s) in your basket. Our official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve accepted your order. It’s at this point that a contract will come into existence between you and us. When we accept your order, we’ll also confirm your order number. If you need to contact us about your order, you should quote this number. To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old and be authorised to use the payment method which you use to pay for the products you order.
In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfil your order (e.g. because the product is out of stock, we haven’t been able to verify the billing information you’ve provided, or you have requested delivery to a country that we do not currently ship to), we’ll let you know by email and we won’t charge you for the product. We provide our products for your personal use only. We may cancel an order if we notice something unusual or suspect that our products are being exploited for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose. We may have to suspend the supply of a product to you to deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes, update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and/or make changes to the product as notified by us to you.
We provide sports and leisure wear. All Pathfinder UK products are traditionally hand printed and the retro, vintage style design is a characteristic of this technique. We do not, and will not use heat transferred vinyl or plastic which, although brighter in design, is much less durable and not at all Earth friendly. The pictures of our products (and packaging) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to ensure that items are displayed accurately but we can not guarantee that a device’s display of the colours or our mock-up of the garments exactly reflects those of our products.
We currently only ship to the UK (and BFPO). We hand print to order and generally aim to ship within 10-14 days from the time of order, sooner if we happen to have your item in stock. If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics, bad weather or a global pandemic…), we'll let you know as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel your order and we’ll refund you for any products you've paid for but not received.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All Pathfinder UK products are hand printed using traditional screen-printing techniques. Due to this, no two items are the same and there may be some print inconsistences - these are not seen as faults but more as features which prove your garment is hand-printed and Earth friendly. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased from us, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- Email Pathfinder UK at email@example.com in the first instance to authorise and arrange for return, and to be supplied with a return address.
- The item(s) must be returned in the condition you received it in to be accepted as a return. Items must be unused, unmarked and complete with tags.
- Allow up to 14 days from us receiving your return for your refund to be processed. Note, we recommend using a signed for service as we are not accountable for items lost in transit.
- Return postage is borne by you (the customer), unless we (Pathfinder UK) have made an error or the product is confirmed as being faulty, in which case the postage will be refunded.
- Personalised and bespoke items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product is confirmed as faulty.
Pathfinder UK are very aware of the impact the fashion industry has on the world. Pathfinder UK are passionate about demanding complete transparency from manufacturers regarding who stitched the clothing, who dyed the fabric and who farmed the cotton etc. By doing this, the fashion industry becomes accountable and sustainable - Absolute transparency is the first step in transforming the industry.
Pathfinder UK is based in the UK and work with as many UK companies as possible to promote local independent businesses, all of which understand that operating responsibly by treating their employees with respect and dignity, providing safe and ethical work environments and continuously finding new ways to reduce negative and far-reaching impact, is critical.
We only use ethically and sustainably sourced apparel and Earth friendly water based inks - Pathfinder UK are helping to build the path to a better future.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Pathfinder UK owns all intellectual property rights in all designs, concepts and materials it produces including bespoke items based on a client's brief.
No designs, concepts or logos belonging to Pathfinder UK can be used without the written permission of Pathfinder UK.
Pathfinder UK reserve the right to re-use any design including promotions and photo sharing via social media.
